New York's Bronx Zoo is celebrating the first birthdays of six tiger cubs, two sets of triplets born in the spring of 2010. Now that they're more than a year old they are considered adolescents. Seen here are three Amur tigers, a Malayan breed. The zoo says there are fewer than 3,500 tigers in the wild, 1,000 of which are breeding females. (Julie Larsen Maher/WCS)
